You will then be presented with your own bespoke Negroni trolley, where a dedicated mixologist crafts two personalised cocktails per person, adapting flavour, aroma and balance to your taste while introducing classic and contemporary styles. A curated selection of aromatics and bitters enhances each creation, and two elegant small plates to share complete this intimate moment of tableside cocktail theatre.
